Looks very nice, but i don´t like the hairs, maybe u can draw some highlights into it, to make it a lil bit more realistic :)

there are hightlights...kindda difficult to see with a lcd-ish screen tho

The nose needs more definition, at first gland I nearly overlooked it, and the left side o her face also, the lack of defantion makes her look think necked, but the resemblance is clear.

The hair is too...dark? Some highlights, but the face is good too...only some light work! On the lips too!
